WHY CELLS ARE IMPORTANT

 Cells

Cell is the functional and structural unit of life. I.e cell is the root of life. This means every life must undergo through cell before it become human or animal etc. 

Cytology: is a branch of biology or medicine that deals with cell i.e cytology is the study of cells. 

Some  of the cell theory are: 

I. Cell is the structural and functional unit of life i.e root of life

Ii. New cells are gotten from division of old cell or existing cell. 

Iii. There is no any life apart of the life of cell. 

Iv. Cell may be categorized into:  unicellular and unicellular

Finally all living things are made up of cell.

The father of cell is Robert Hooke.   

 Similarities of the Animal and Plant Cell

i. They All Posses Nucleus 

ii. They All Posses Cytoplasm

iii. They All Posses Cell Membrane 

iv. They All Posses Mitochondria 

i. Plant Has Chloroplast and Animal Cell has no chloroplast.

ii. Plant Posses Cell or Cellulose Cell Wall Animal Does Not.

iii. Plant Has Large Vacuole but Animal has Small Vacuole.
