 LIFE STUDY 

BIOLOGY

The Scientific inquiries on living and non livings. Therefore Biology is study of life. therefore Bio is Life and Logy  is Study. 

Therefore Biology is also Life study

In these case Biology is life-study

Life study has many branch  which are: 

1. Botany 

2. Zoology 

3. Genetics 

4. Anatomy E.t.c. 

1. PLANT (BOTANY)   

Plants are also living things, plants are fixed assets i.e they cannot move from position to another, but has stimulus movement when growing, these stimulus make them move but it little and positioned. some of these external stimulus are Tactic, Nastic and Tropic, which are responsible in moving some parts of the plant in directional or non directional especially growing stage. 

in the case of plant nactic is not needed, because nactic move all from one position to another. 

Plant and it External Stimulus 

The are two plant external stimulus which are Nastic or Nastism and Tropic or Tropism 

NASTIC STIMULI 

Nastic Movement are non directional movement to stimuli (e.g Temperature, humidity, light irradiance) and are usually associated with plants. the movement can be due to changes in turgor or change in growth. 

TROPIC STIMULI  

is the directional movement to external stimuli. 

ZOOLOGY

Is the Study of Animals. and is under Animalia. Therefore we have five kingdom in Lifestudy  which are as follows: 

1. Monera

2. Protista 

3.Fungi 

4. Plantae 

5. Animalia
